The time has come to get rid of enrage timers

Motivation is why.

Without a displayed timer you can think your group is doing just fine until oh crap you're all dead. With the displayed timer you have a more accurate means of determining how well the group is actually doing. It can help people push a little harder to see death creeping up on them.

Or you know, you can notice the extra slow cast the boss does or the situation where AoE puddles are unavoidable, but that'S just me.
