The time has come to get rid of enrage timers

Why? You clear it or you die. There's no need to have the accurate timer of "you have this long to not kill us all".

Motivation is why.

Without a displayed timer you can think your group is doing just fine until oh crap you're all dead. With the displayed timer you have a more accurate means of determining how well the group is actually doing. It can help people push a little harder to see death creeping up on them.
