Speaking for myself, i'd answer that a raid to be worth it is to be entertaining and fun even after 50+ runs. I raided a lot, i tell you, A LOT during BC and WOTLK in WOW and i'd still do these raids because they were firstly epic and fun to do. I felt like what i was doing worth my time even if i didn't get a piece of gear. If you ever played it, just remember the bossfight on the two airships where we had to jump with jetpacks and follow some mechanics at the same time. So much epicness. ( eventhough wow became really bad in the other areas, raiding was always a good thing in this game ).
