Please don't Nerf Vercure

So, did they actually say they're nerfing Vercure at the Live Letter? I keep seeing people saying it like it's fact and then I see people saying they aren't nerfing anything. Personally I hope they don't nerf it.

The devs are basically saying re: SMN's Physick that they're not meant to be a WHM/BLM hybrid like RDM, but they are looking at Vercure in relation to Red Mage's kit for some reason. So basically, no buffs to Physick (I don't care about that, I just want RDMs hit SOMEWHERE because their utility is bongos and their DPS is bongos), and that Vercure might get the bat a bit. EDIT: Nevermind, i misread that statement for some reason. It doesn't say anywhere that I can see that Vercure is being adjusted. The devs basically said they don't want SMN and RDM to have similar utility overlap, which is fine, but I do think right now RDM is a little too good at everything it does.

Or heck, even buff SMN damage somewhat and buff BLM damage a ton, to give some sort of tradeoff to RDM utility ATM. Or make Devotion not crap. Or something.

No to any healing nerfs. Nerf DPS. RDM shouldn't be out DPSing ANYONE(DPS Jobwise). Our strength has always been our versatility, and weakening anything besides damage, hurts our very identity.

Tbh I wouldn't be bothered if they nerfed vercure. I rarely use it as I am a dps and again nor should it bother those begging for it to not be nerfed the saying a dps based ability should be - no that's wrong it should be vercure being nerfec because again we are dps.

Are you serious? if anything vercure needs a slight buff. i don't expect it to have healer role potency but 350 is slightly to low to really save from any major disaster, Who on earth would have suggested it would need a nerf except people who have never touched rdm or simply are salty about it vs other casters.

Keep in mind you are giving up DPS to stop and heal, so duel casting it is costly.

This has been explained to you multiple times. It's 0.375% to 0.75%.

I really don't understand why people are calling for nerfs on heals. Like, this person is your team member, the healers are down, and you want the person who can emergency heal to heal LESS? Why? You just don't want to be able to save yourselves from a wipe?
