The point of this post is lost on me, because it seems you're trying to either make an argument or argue with something that isn't there.

Edit: I get your meaning now, you mean that the "intent" was that SAM does more damage. All this is doing is restating the obvious though, everyone knows SAM was supposed to do more damage. It's the how much more that matters. SE has already stated they're going to make adjustments to damage dealers at 4.05 and that they apparently already have an eye on what to rebalance. So we can only wait and see.
