mine says the same thing on mog station. I paid for the collector's edition but according to mogstation I don't own stormblood at all. And because of this glitch I can't even log in to test whether or not I received the bonus items I paid for, either.I have had to download it twice now and I'm quite sad when you hear of people already at 70 and doing EX Primals and here most of us can't even get in the game, and to top it off my Digital Version isn't even registered to my account in the Mogstation, it just shows a circle by Early Access (not that I got to actually play due to downloading), and shows BUY under Stormblood.
Y'know, you'd think a problem that is quite literally game breaking for people without fantastic internet speed would be pretty high up on the priority list in SE's mind, but I guess not?"SE_Kahuna 1 ponto 4 hours ago
Quick update on this: Please rest assured that we are continuing to report this to the devs, both from us in the EU and the NA team. Please also be reminded that while the devs are working around the clock right now, there is of course a time difference and more than one thing at a time that needs to be addressed. Especially with an issue involving specific hardware such as the PS4, it may take time to look into this. Sorry for the delay - we'll keep on reporting on this."
Okay, I have my PS4 back from my brother's house. So I can confirm myself that deleting the whole game and reinstalling temporarily resolves this issue; and logging off and shutting down completely, unplugging, does not bring it back (as of yet), because my ps4 had to be relocated for the update. Whether or not I will actually be able to play, remains to be seen, but at least my game WORKS for the time being. That's such a relief. All these people complaining about lag and congestion are taking for granted that at least they can try to play... :[
I think I nearly cried when that 'play' button popped up instead of a 22gb patch. Even so, I'm petrified to actually play, it's summer in a rural area for me, and that means random power outages...

I have not tried this, so I cannot confirm. Just reposting here in case someone wants to.
"Ok, so for those that have a back up HDD, I found a quick fix. After you're done downloading the 22GB file, use the backup/restore function in your PS4. The less content you have, the faster it will be. Having an SSD will probably make it a lot faster as well.
Now continue playing as usual. If power goes out again, simply go to the backup/restore, and restore your files. Voila! You now dont have to re download the big ass file.
I just did this last night, because I live in an area where power goes out on a daily basis, and this morning, power went out. Restored from my external HDD and was able to log in just fine"
Hi Rosie. The problem is when the PS4 enter on Restauration Mode. Shut Down the ps4 does not bug the game. I'm not gonna ask for you to try this and I'm not gonna risk myself. My ps4 is turn off until they fix this. Even if the game is close, if you get restauration mode, the game will bug again. =/Okay, I have my PS4 back from my brother's house. I hope that with the new laucher and the hotfix tomorow, this goes away... I rly hope so...
So you deleted and had to redownload the whole 60gb? or how does that work
Did anyone try to go into safe mode and rebuild their system? Probly a long shot i know.
Thanks, I'm gonna try this. There is no way I can only backup the FF14? I have A LOT of PSN games...This was just posted by Reddit user luthia at: https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme...ttime/dj5es18/

That's at least somewhat comforting; so only if the ps4 gets that system restore mode triggered by a power outage or improper shutdown, will this bug crop up?? I really hope so. I feel like I'm in a minefield now with FF. And I may never leave my ps4 in sleep mode ever again, lol. Never have I ever been so scared of having the power go out.Hi Rosie.
