Might as well let people have a chance to speak their mind.

I would like to see WHM have a stacking shield, a stacking attack speed buff, or stacking attack damage buff scaling with # of confessions on a target.

Well if Cure 2 still has a 100% chance to proc lily's on friday you will be able to pre-proc them prior to a pull and go in with three lily's up I have been asking myself did Yoshi think about that when he made that change. Most importantly can AST and SCH do the same thing?

Incorrect. You can only gain lilies when you cast cure/cure2 while in combat. Based on the exact wording of the tool-tip, it may also be impossible to gain a lily proc or confession stack unless the player is missing hp at the time the cure lands.
