
Mechanically, adding it to a dps skill could make sense, but it doesn't fit their WHM theme. Tetra has a long enough cooldown to keep some semblance of balance while removing some RNG and adding an additional trigger.I was thinking maybe not a heal at all, maybe stone could have a lower chance to proc lilies, along with adding in regen at a lower rate. I think that would be more balanced towards the full toolkit. still pretty pointless and tacked on but it would be something. Scaling DB would make it a little more wanted... since tetra spends lillies to cast your idea is more like one free refill each time.
