I mean, you don't know what will replace Divine Seal yet, we know absolutely nothing about the new potency of these new healing spells, and we know nothing about the strength of the new "flower barrier"

Because a barrier was the least of a whm's problems(and thanks to divine seal sch/ast barriers just got even bigger). On top of that the potencies of whm heals don't much matter. They could make the recast of bene the gcd and people would still prefer sch and ast because they have party buffs. The reason whm isn't picked for a slot has nothing to do with it's damage, it's mp management, or it's ability to put up barriers, it entirely relates to it's lack of ability to buff party damage.

Who said that we get a copy/pasted Divine Seal for the three healers? It could be 20% and they remove the % of healing buff from Synastry/Dissipation, while WHM keep another way to boost it's healing potency. Again it's just speculation and we don't even have the true numbers to compare. Did we had the tooltip of the spell that have the same icon as Divine Seal to begin with?
And how do SCH buff party damage without Selene? You take a SCH because they have strong barrier, strong DPS, really good MP management, and strong and consistant healing...

It doesn't really matter. If whm's healing power was enough it would have party spots now. That's the point I was making.
