    Type of Issue/Feedback: Significant lag spikes and a feeling of increased latency. Latency increased from around 50ms before the move, to around 100ms after the move.

    Frequency: Usually begins at around 11pm EST, ends some hours later. I assume this happens due to congestion on the servers being higher at this time, so this concerns me quite a bit for Stormblood, when the congestion will be at its peak. The increased latency is something I can adjust to, but the lag spikes are not.

    I live in Utah though.
    Definitely a packet loss problem. Our internet is fine and our ping is fine.
    And we can't route around it because it appears to be the servers themselves.
    I hope you guys can locate the problem, because it's terrible.
    Also, it only seems to affect my play during the evening, even though PingPlotter reports packet loss nearly all times throughout the day.

    - Type of Issue/Feedback: Ping has increased by 70+ms. Routing to the new datacenter from home ISP is being taken to NTT's New York server, then back over to NTT Seattle, before finally down to the datacenter in California, instead of using NTT's Chicago server. When testing on a different ISP, the routing is handled through NTT's Chicago server and taken straight to the datacenter, reducing the ping.

    Type of Issue/Feedback: My ping went from around 35 to 110-140. It stinks, but the biggest issue is lag spikes and random disconnects from the game that did not occur before the data center move. Other characters and NPCs will stop movement, then will fast forward all crazy weird. I'll get the red disconnect icon next to my character name and during a Leveling Roulette in Toto-rak, I completely dropped connection to the server. The total disconnect from the server happened on May 19th at 7am EST.

    Date/Time: The day the servers came back after the Data Center move.

    World Name: Experienced these issues on both Hyperion and Leviathan.

    Frequency: The high ping is a constant now. The lag happens one to three times an hour. I've only dropped connection to the servers from the lag once, but I'm worried this is going to become a bigger issue in the future.

    Type of Issue/Feedback: Ping went from 80 average before migration, now 120+ (with occasional spikes to 160) | Frequently getting kicked from the server, which I can't entirely be sure is due to the server migration but it started immediately after the servers went up, so that looks suspicious as heck, frankly. It'll disconnect most often if I alt-tab out for anything under a minute but it'll do it mid-dungeon runs as well.

    Frequency: Increased ping is constant, extreme end of high ping is during peak hours for the data center. The disconnects are averaging out to every hour. Update a few hours later: disconnects are up to 5+ times an hour, massive lag, 200+ ping spikes, game is honestly becoming unplayable.

    Type of Issue/Feedback: Ping went from 22-25ms with or without VPN to 90-100ms with VPN and 130-140ms without. Everything feels very sluggish now. oGCD abilities take much longer to pop, and Rapidfire clips very often. Please consider reducing animation locks on oGCDs and reworking Rapidfire. Maybe next time consider a location that provides as many people as possible a good experience while playing too.

    Type of Issue/Feedback: After NA servers were moved my ping went from 35ms to 120ms+ with some spikes as high as 460ms for some reason. Machinist is almost impossible to play now due to rapid fire procs not working properly as the client has to wait for the server to register the skill first which doesn't work well for how the skill actually works.
