Type of Issue: Latency has dropped. My ping is now hovering around 70-200, it used to be lower, probably 20-70 as I could always react very fast (I'm not sure the exact numbers, but the change has been enough to make a significant and noticeable difference on my capability to do combos and move out of aoes in time.) 70 isnt so bad but it often is higher. May be issue with own internet, but the timing of the issue makes me wonder. Not a huge problem, but more data may help discover how to improve it for everyone else?

Type of Issue/Feedback: My ping rose from a very stable, consistent 15-18ms to an average of 88-124ms, with some spikes significantly higher (highest I noticed was 240). I also experience periods of heavy lag, where everything freezes in place for several seconds, then blasts by at warp speed. I've also experienced disconnects from the server, though only twice so far. Neither disconnect was at a "prime time". There's also occasional small packet loss, which I never had at all prior to the relocation.

Frequency: The ping spikes every few minutes, regardless of the time of day I'm playing, the lag spikes are less frequent but still extremely noticeable, especially in duties. The disconnects are much rarer than the other two issues, having occurred only twice on the first two days after the relocation.

EDIT: Hours after making this post, I encountered more ping spikes and lag that caused me to become stuck on my mount for a solid 30 seconds, in addition to a sudden, random disconnect while standing in the Gold Saucer at about 1AM EST, which then escalated into a lobby server error, followed by an error message when I opened the launcher again. Luckily, I was able to get the launcher to work after trying again.

Type of Issue: Beyond the reported/expected ping increase from 50 to 108ms after the move, starting around 11pm EST there seem to be frequent lag spikes that are causing significant rubberbanding in game, making any serious content difficult/unplayable simply from lag. This may be lining up with West Coast prime time. The problem will persist for several hours with sporadic major lag spikes.

Type of Issue/Feedback: Issues with ability recognition, slow response to actions being pressed vs recognized example, Shield Swipe activated, pressed, no response, it lit up again, pressed, no response, lit up once more, pressed no response. Gave up on that ability. Was during Sephirot EX Friday Night.
Heals can be laggy at times.

Ping is steady but there is packet loss. Increase in Ping since server move (went from 30 to 70). Seems to skyrocket in one hop in Chicago that is on NTT network from 12 ping to 70 ping. (at work so I cannot provide an accurate trace)
