Here's a baffling question for you disregarding the fairness of the demolition period, if everyone wants instanced housing so much, regardless of size, why does barely anyone get apartments? Low cost, you get your own space, and no demolition timer. The simple fact is people care far less when it's a non-community thing that feels like far less of a prize and no one but you will care about. No one ever gave a crap to enter my Mog House on FFXI, nor did I ever bother entering the Mog House of anyone else, but on XIV I've done so on plenty of occasions. Does no one really see -any- value in the housing zones?
