Only thing I would say should change is, anyone you add to your personal house resets the timer.

As a personal house owner, if for some reason I couldn't access the game but was still keeping up my sub, anyone we have as a tenant should be able to go play in my house and stop the demo just like a fc.
Because honestly, some of the fc out there are just personal houses with a 2-man fc simply to have access to company chest, etc.

Pretty sad that a personal house doesn't have it's own Chest for storing items apart from your retainers. And FC chests while I'm at it are woefully inadequate. 3 pages for a large FC is silly. It's no wonder why people get around these issues with small FC's and the use of alts to make it easier to store and stare/trade items.
