I know 5 off the top of my head, not that I would name them on the forums. It's far more prevalent than most would think.

Probably higher than you think, since there's sell adverts all the time in PF. They wouldn't be there if there wasn't a market. I'd say 10-15% is likely.

More than you'd think. I've not had a single piece of loot drop for me the entire raid. Everything I've gotten was bought with pages
