OP crying over a wave cycle that goes up and down a few times every year. Come 4.0 the slate will be wiped clean and we can expect this same salt thread to come back at the end of the Stormblood.... The level of butt hurt is appalling.

Honestly the raid weapon customization point would likely be moot if the raid weapon was the only path to the highest ilvl each raid cycle. Midas was the only cycle where a raid weapon was absolutely the highest ilvl (i245 vs 240 anima/tome weapon).

I'm sure they will go back to that in 4.0 for Omega, and when the the x-pac is coming to a finish they'll just reward the relic users at the end to equal. Still giving raiders the usual 6-month advantage of the highest weapon ilvl. As I mentioned before I don't really care that much, but that seems fair enough considering all the Savage raid advantages already get.

Pretty good amount. A good majority of first A12S clears were in October-December timeframe so 1st/2nd purchases are common by now.

Nope. SHOULD be the most powerful weapon. Most powerful even than the higest raid tier. Like the Celestial Weapons on FFX, or the any other definitive weapons in FF series. They represent that, and should stay in the game as is. The best weapon in the game must be accesible for all players. It is more a symbol than weapon.

If they won't allow customized stats for raid weapons at least make them decent. Like seriously drk weapon has sks parry and is overall worse than the upgraded shire weapon, there's no way that's intentional right, lol? I wouldn't mind anima being slightly stronger than the raid weapon like warrior's (just minor difference due to more secondary stats), considering they do consume a lot of time and are released months after the raid weapons.

Relics shouldn't be stronger than savage raids weapons when they actually matter, but they should definitely be better than tome welfare, forgot the 210 and 240 step already? Many people had the time to upgrade their tome weapons from Voidark/Mhach before the relic makers could upgrade their, the anima questline should have been released 1 patch earlier.
