Hate me but i want a parser with alliancewide, partywide and personal numbers and a coloured marker who indicates if you are doing more DPS as you should do (green) if you are doing around the required DPS (yellow) or if you are doing quite bad DPS (red mark). In addition all job teachers should give additional advices how to use the abilities/skills of their job/class to get way beyond the basic 1-2-3 combo and better tooltips for all abilities/skills.

It's a shame that calling problems by the name is such a bad thing in this game. The problem is't only that bad people don't want to became better, it's also that others don't want to show them the way to get better.
