Then they could buy the plot after for the new, reduced price. My conscience can still be clear because I didn't profit from anything. The alternative would be a house sitting there for many months being unused, while there are many people out there who are willing to pay for the plot. That's quite the opposite of being a 'nuisance' to players, because you're actually opening up an unused plot to someone/an FC who otherwise did not have one. Again, I'm not saying this is completely fair but with the lack of demolition options, there's not much else to do.

My main point here is that I don't think selling in general should be so frowned upon, because there will be people like me who just have ONE plot that they want to get rid off. It's not hard to distinguish between someone who is doing that, and someone who is buying like 8 plots with alts.
