Krindor. Does your spreadsheet even account for BFB being used 1/2 through or more through your GCD?

According to all of my models, you can achieve 11 GCDs in BFB on a Monk/Ninja at approximately 700 SS and this is before Selene. 950 SS is absolutely overkill for what you're trying to achieve.

Also, if you're simulating at X amount of GCDs, you need to realise that encounter length greatly shifts the amount of GCDs you can pull off.

For example, I'm simulating extremely low SS vs High SS Dragoon stuff at the moment. Depending on the encounter length, the Low SS can beat the high SS, as the encounter length will end at a point which will favour the Low SS set (IE, ending at a Full Thrust).
