When/Why were you vote kicked?

I wasn't kicked, but I used my first ever Vote Dismiss about 10 mins ago.

I was doing Snowcloak with my gf (she healed, I was on Summoner). We got a tank that continuously lagged/DC'd. However, he had the gall to start talking to us about mechanics, when he obviously couldn't handle the dungeon with his severe lag/DC's. We hit the second boss (Yeti) and he screws up on the mechanics there, causing us to get hit by the room-wide AoE and getting stacks of VulnUp. Needless to say, we kicked him after.

To be fair, it's not hard for anyone else to do the snowball thing.
