When/Why were you vote kicked?

Got kicked again last night because of being PS4 player.
I was tanking the Mentor Roulette, got Aurum Vale. Ok, not a good choice to begin with but I'll make the best of it.
On the second trash pull, I hit a toad with my shield lob, it and 2 other mobs activate, good. Fine, I pulled them back a little ways. Then two wandering mobs agro the healer. I go collect them. Then two more mobs agro a DPS. I collect them too.
I begin burning my CDs, the dps is very low. I run out of CDs, the Healer runs out of mana and only two of the 7 mobs are dead at this point. It's a wipe.
Healer then puts a few curses in the chat about pulling too much.
I respond with a "Going to be one of those runs?"
Then I start typing a longer explanation response but since I am using PS4 without a keyboard I am typing slowly. Literally as I finish the response I am kicked out.

I re-queue and get A4, it goes perfectly and my roulette is done. Completely thankful for the kick.

First time in FF I got kicked out of the dungeon. It was a Sepiroth Extreme run aim to clear play.
I watched the video many times and know what will come next and what to watch out for. During the run almost the whole team got killed during pinball phase and only a few dps was alive (including me).
Of course I got killed and restart. Again at pinball phase I got killed by the pillar and healers revived me again and again (Well the aoe burst keep coming and heal wasn't coming to me fast enough).
Tbh I felt bad but I told them to continue without me until it was fine to revive me again. One player was like "what are you doing?" and yeah I got kick out just like that.

Went into another dungeon with a few Malaysians and the run was fine. We had fun and I found out I had lagged so I have to leave. Didn't clear the dungeon but I had a good chat and several laughs at the last run.

I assume the healer had been there before, he was wearing a bunch of poetics gear. The MNK was there for the first time, since there was a new player message, his gear was level appropriate and he watched the full cut scene.
AV is still one of the most punishing dungeons in the game.

Are you able to get your soulstone? If so it's a good idea to get it...still wouldn't have kicked you for that though

I'm not sure about bard, but I know some classes, at level 50, can actually benefit from all the cross class skills. Like thm actually has higher single target dps than blm. That all pretty much goes out the window at level 60 though.

...unless you're running with nice people, you really have to be using your job at level 50+.
I mean, if you're doing anything serious. I know I'm leveling my Lancer (not dragoon...long story) but I would be hard-pressed to want to do any dungeon over...53. And pretty much any endgame raid ever. Not even Crystal Tower (could probably do it now but that's beside the point). I certainly would not have done anything serious with it before HW, unless my friends and I were running joke runs or something.

TLDR you need your job crystal. Nothing to kick someone over for if progress in the content is being made but you are holding back your party, just be aware of that.

Still at level 50, you need your job stone.
As at tank if you aren't using a Job, even right at level 50, you most likely will lose hate and kill everyone.
As a healer if you aren't using a Job, even right at level 50, your heals aren't going to be strong enough to save the tank (and anyone else who may need it).
As a DPS if you aren't using a Job, even right at level 50, you won't do enough damage quick enough, and the longer the battle lasts the worse position the party is in.
