Tank enimity below 30 is lacking

Citing that a vit paladin had to use extra flash over a strength paladin doesn't make any sense at all because flash doesn't do damage, it generates the same amount of enmity either way.

Except that the enmity from flash is increased based off of attack power since it generates based off potency. Throwing it out there.

It's not relevant away because aggro isn't an issue providing you know what you're doing. Savage blade also generates the same amount as Sunder these days, can't even go there anymore.

It's either an under geared tank or a rotational issue at this point. All tanks have the methods to hold threat just fine at any level.
