Please Remove the Materia Melding Crafter Restriction

we shouldn't have to hunt down a crafter in order to meld materia into them.

Have to hunt down a crafter, that is funny cause are they hard to find? Shout in any active area of the game, say Idyllshire or one of the 3 main cities and you certain find a crafter with little effort.
