I've changed my rotation around and have found good result with it if anyone wants a decent opener that doesn't require you to form shift. It's basically the 2.0 Opener and from what I can see it is a dps increase over the 3.0 Rotation I listed, in that you are basically swapping a Snap Punch for a Fracture.

Rotation :

Perfect Balance > Snap Punch > Snap Punch > Demolish > Dragon Kick > Blood for Blood > Twin Snakes > Internal Release > Bootshine > X-Potion > Touch of Death > Elixir Field > True Strike > Steel Peak > Snap Punch > Howling Fists > Dragon Kick > Shoulder Tackle > Twin Snakes > Forbidden Chakra > Fracture > Demolish

Let me know if you try it out and see any flaws, I've just started to hate doing form shift at the start for what seems to not be a dps gain.
