Hm...? To good players, it's a game too. I know players that play games way less hours per week than the so called "casual players" and still are better than them. No one is expecting players to be playing at the top of its skill ceiling, but I don't know, they should at least try, maybe. Doing 400 DPS with i200 gear is literally pressing one button over and over again.

Low standards are acceptable for all roles. Specially when healers and tanks can pull the Prima Donna Diva card. Bad players will find all excuses in the world to justify bad play, it's not worth to care about it. For example, whenever I have a bard in my party, I just pretend that 'Foe Requiem' does not exist.
