i though farming party = leader wants to be carried though content for clear and pony or weapon

not that I'm going to read 41 pages but the general idea I'm getting is

filthy casuals Vs filthy hardcore gamers

JP might do things this way

DF = serious runs
PF = practice runs

NA/EU do things this way

PF = serious runs
DF = practice runs

NA/EU - how it feels from a casuals point of view

PF = serious runs (no noobs)
DF = serious runs (no noobs)

and i am against the OP's idea since it is so dead against the community

Then you should probably read the 41 pages since you're getting the wrong idea.
