Block first timers from Party Finder!

This thread is about PARTY FINDER, NOT Duty Finder. I am aware I chose a bad/misleading title and apologise. I tried changing it myself as well as requesting it to be changed, but is still showing up as the old one.

Dont get me wrong - I help people as much as I can. I join clear groups a lot to help out and am willing to teach people the fight.

However, when I want to farm something quickly, I don't expect players which are new to the fight to join my party finder stating 'no bonus' and 'know the fight' to then mess up multiple times without saying anything.

Sometimes the person knows the fight and stays to farm. But sometimes new people join, mess up, and then get their clear and leave. It's now taken around an hour to form the party and get one kill.. And now I have to find new members to farm with.

I'm simply asking for a setting on the party finder to allow players who have completed the fight only. When you have tried farming something as much as I have and have endlessly had your PF used for free clears or people joining with no clue, it gets boring quickly.

Remember this would be an OPTION. Can new people still be invited to a party? Yes. Can new people still /tell the leader and ask to be invited? Yes. Can they rudely join the party without asking and ignoring rules? No. This would be an option. Also, remember the options are actually already there with 'serious play and high level gear', they just need to be enforced.

Funny thing is, if this was implemented, learning and clear parties would fill up more because people can't sneak into farm parties for clears anymore.

That title is somewhat misleading...

But I support this idea, although I set up a farm party and a newbie joins it's very easy to tell who it is if they don't speak up. They get kicked after the 2nd wipe (only if they're at fault though).

And what exactly stops the new members from making their own clear group instead of being rude and joining my party specifically for farms?

In turn, I'd like to see elite trash status get removed from solo instances. Even doing Sastasha solo is absurd when a 50 needs to hit the trash with 3 Cleric stat Holy. If you are 15 trying to solo level 15 Sastasha with elite trash, you won't need long to figure out it's not really an option.

Also.. Maybe my friends or FC don't want to farm every single time I want to? The party finder is there for a reason, but people misuse it and it's annoying. Those options for 'newcomers welcome' and 'serious play' are there for a reason but there's no way for it to be enforced when players ignore it.

My experience has been different, can usually get 4+ clears before someone has to go, as opposed to with a learning/clear party. Those seem like nothing but constant wipes with people who give up after the 4th or 5th attempt, and if we do beat it it's almost immediately disbanded. That's why I've started making my own clear parties when there's none open.
