Can we get an Official clarification on housing Demolish timer (45 or 90?)

If I dont play for 45 days then I guess someone who is playing the game should own my plot. Also 45 days is enough time.

P.S. I do own a medium house.

Is it really yours, or a FC's? Because I hardly believe anyone who payed for a Medium with his own Gil and properly decorated it would say such a thing.

And again, nothing else will happen if given a longer grace period. Those who abandoned the game long ago will still get their house evicted eventually. 45 days may be "Enough", but so are 90. Nothing changes, except it gives us more freedom. Non-house owners are still screwed regardless, because again, this system doesn't add any houses.
