Can we get an Official clarification on housing Demolish timer (45 or 90?)

The 45 day cycle will continue to be in effect even after the 1st time. Meaning others will lose their houses and you can get one. People quit everyday. People join everyday. It's a cycle. Keeping a limited number of houses stagnant (when half have quit) is what most have complained about.

Seen similar comments like this. The fervor with which some debate the demand for housing, it would appear there is a massive shortage of available plots. Just seems like we may quickly reach another saturation point and be right back at square one again.

We may find all they managed to accomplish is create a new group of players throwing a fit because limited supply once again ran out before they got to the counter.

They need to stop with the bandaid approaches and start implementing solutions (not just in housing, but things in general).
