PVP - We have 1 new game mode which is a great thing, however, because of restrictions we've kind of lost 2. So instead of 3 varied games we're stuck with 1.

I'm sorry, maybe I misread your tone. But to me, that is you saying that PVP is bad. Gain 1, good, lost 2, bad, now STUCK with 1. Does not exactly sound like a ringing endorsement to me.

I'm sorry if you're bad at optimally using your time, but that wasn't rushing at all. That was doing every single quest and READING ALL of it. Doing a single dungeon for the story. Doing daily hunts. There was zero rushing involved when hunts give you up towards 300k a day, leveling roulette can give 200k+ and high lvl gives 100k+
I did an Aery run at 55. Being the highest level job at the time (no exp bonus for higher level character), and with no rested bonus, it looks like I would have to run it 4 times about to level up. I did exclude the additional experience for story quest, because obviously not getting that each run.

Congrats, you took a more optimal approach to reach 60 faster. Constantly playing a single job really helps. Me? I find hunts and Fates boring. Like you find crafting and gathering boring. So let's just rip out all 4 of those from the game seeing how we both find them boring, and not count any of those as "content". And Roulettes? I'd rather queue up for dungeons I do want to run, meaning, the new stuff for now, than queuing up for an old dungeon for potentially more exp. When I get done exploring and quests, maybe I will hit up Roulettes again.

So again, congrats. You took a more efficient and quicker path to 60. I took a more leisurely and enjoyable path for me. Well, really still taking that path. Which one of us ran out of things to do? Again, pre-3.0, with everything at 50, I still had stuff to do and find enjoyable. So I doubt being level 60 with 3.0, I would suddenly have nothing to do.
