Am I the only one fed up with DPS obsession?

No one is complaining about Savage Alexander Gordias being too hard. My main concern is the community's obsession with high DPS numbers has lead to "Job Discrimination" among the playerbase where Statics will refuse to accept jobs such as Paladins and Monks because of their low DPS and non-DPS raid buff utility and Astrologians who are just simply underpowered.

Funny thing is a friend of mine who has cleared A3S two times already got two Monk drops in a row (Legs the first time, Head the second) with no one in their Static that plays a level 60 Monk. He jokingly called it "RNG Affirmative Action" almost if like the game was subtly forcing them to get a Monk into their Savage Static.
