Just go at the pace you want. They still need you for boss fights and they aren't going to kick you and wait around fifteen minutes for a replacement. No, you won't get any comms, and that sucks and can feel like a personal attack, but grow a thick skin and do what you gotta do.

As well as ignore the emote /slap /laugh /angry spam they give you.
Healers & DPS fking around with Marks and Waysigns all over the place.
Healers keeping your HP@30% just to fk with you (I mean so they can DPS more) then fking you around more cuz you pull less because healer hasn't been keeping you topped up.

Yeah. A lot of thick skin needed.

Communicate! "Hey tank I think we can handle more. Try to pull a few extra this time" or "this healers a bad ass let's have some fun" or "I'm gonna pull this next pack to you cause we can handle it. Get your aoe ready". Do you have a keyboard? For the love of god use it.
