Actually, by making complaints public there's a chance of a bigger movement that puts more pressure on the company than just a single person.

This is understood. However to post here and not expect backlash from the community about the way you present yourself, is not going to happen. My response was to the way the OP is taking flak for their post and that some could not understand the comments directed at the OP. The squeaky wheel doesn't always get the grease, sometimes it just gets replaced with a new one.
