SE: your deadline

it is not worth my time and money to be asked consistently to leave a dungeon in the first 30 seconds, because my one character is a bard and my other character is a machinist.

I have yet to see a single party where people were insisting that a member should leave the duty because they are a bard or a machinist. We all know of the complaints the players throw around on the forums and reddit, saying that the classes are completely broken. But, they are not broken to an extent that you cannot complete a dungeon, simply because you have a bard or a machinist in the group.

I've been in plenty of dungeons with both a bard and a machinist and never missed a DPS Check because of it. So, people need to let go of the idea that these classes are "completely broken" and will "drag the party down", so they will have to leave the group. That's just ridiculous... SE is aware of the issue and is working on a solution, so everyone needs to calm down and work with SE to find a solution to the problem, rather then just barking up the tree that they need to "fix it".

Just saying that something is broken and they need to "fix it", doesn't help SE in the slightest and cannot be considered to be feedback. If you want it to become feedback, then explain in detail what you think is broken and make a suggestion what in your opinion can be done to fix it.
