5-10 minutes is not possible for Nin since you are out of tp at 4mn mark or 4mn20 depending of skill speed. So you would need another Bard/Nin which feels sad to see a class that reliant on other jobs.

That's actually every TP user except WAR, who's got the best TP management in the game. That's just the way the game works, TP users are gonna run out at 4m or less unless they get help or start to make big sacrifices, and it's part of why you bring a BRD/MCH to raids.
