Equilibrium vs. Clemency

not a good comparison.. clemency has a long cast time (3 seconds) and on normal cases healers (faster heals) get to top you off (or any party member) before your heal lands.. warriors use equilibrium for o-shit moments when heals are needed most (after a spike / tank buster). yes you can precast clemency.. that is if you're lucky enough not to get interrupted

im not 60 yet but i think the most ideal situation for clemency to get really used is when off tanking to help lighten the healing load. then again it costs more than a third of your mana bar so you really wont be able to spam it anyways

I really like Equilibrium, being off-GCD is super usable in critical situations and pretty great all around.

Clemency feels pretty well balanced against it. On GCD and with a cast time but capable of healing party members, semi-spamable.

I would gladly swap Clemency for Equilibrium as a PLD. oGCD vs 3 second cast time.

i am the only one who thinks WAR lvl 60 skill is VERY RARELY useful at all? 95% of the time fellcleave is the better choice over it. do you guys found any use for that skill yet?

You are doing more total dmg if you are facing 2+ mobs already. 500 potency vs. 2 x 280 potency.

Not a bad POV, but getting interrupted mid-cast is rare. In Titan HM and EX for example, I can Stoneskin myself prior to every mountain buster despite the fact that he gives you 2 punches to the face immediately before MB (In HM--I don't think he consistently does the punches in EX?). In The Vault last week I was tanking the boss and able to save my healer using Clemency.

no, impossible.. clemency has a huge ass cast time and casting cost.. you'll run dry after 2-3 casts AND you'll need to riot blade like 3-4x just to recast once..

If PLD can replace a healer, then you're probably better of solo healing the content and adding in a DPS. I can get off 2 heals and a Stoneskin and be at 0 HM, spending multiple GCDs to refill.
Alternatively a PLD MT could assist a solo healer in certain respects, and being MT would mean more MP regeneration.

Appreciate the feedback. Still something to keep in mind as we get more and more geared and mp management becomes easier. I was thinking about not only this but also their aoe shield, cover, etc.
