this thread is still going one? asking SE to stop making dungeons for the main scenario is just... not gonna happen. 95% of the players are gonna complain real hard if they actually do that.

That number comes from where? In fact, a lot of people I talked to would not mind it, as long as they keep making dungeons. Even got told that it would keep the bads out of the dungeon runs when they want to do them.
Also, community always complain about something, so *shrugs* that is the nature of mmo.
What? Honesty too much for you? If people consider me mean spirited for being truthful and honest, then the problem isn't me.
If I show up to a party that's not hosted by myself and I don't like what I see, does this mean everyone has to play to my desires? No, you either attend and enjoy what you can, avoid what you dislike, or don't show up to the party.
Now I'll give an inch and say perhaps the stuff at the end of 2.0 may have been a bit much for average players, but to outright say story doesn't belong in dungeons because someone dislikes playing in a party; whatever their reason, in a socially aspected game, because they dislike it, is not grounds for change.

You need to learn what being truthful really means. No it is not too much, but you can be social and enjoy mmo elements without needing to group up for dungeons. What you are saying is false. Not liking to group for dungeons is just that.
I am very social person, I talk hang out with people, even RP at times. I don't enjoy having to advance through dungeons. Having options is not a bad thing, yet for some reason people seem to think it is?
No, I oppose this request compleyely. This is a fantasy based role playing game, dungeons and trials are an integral part of the game and genre. Dungeons are great design set pieces that allow the developer to set the mood, tell the story and still challenge the player. Snowcloak and Keeper of the lake are both great examples of this. If you do away with dungeons in the story, you might as well relegate the game to nothing more than FATE trains and other forms ofopen world leveling, which simply eviscerates the game and genre.
I respect that and understand that as well. It would be nice if they could balance it out. Branching option of choices you can make dungeon path or something else. No, I oppose this request compleyely.
