Shots Fired: A Machinist Guide

Am I the only one who feels that split shots proc rate is less than 50%? I can't count how many times I've gone 5,6 or even 7 shots in a row without a prof, yet I've never had more than two in a row actually proc. It happens constantly when reload and quick reload are on cooldown.

It does feel lower than 50% for both tiers. I have gotten WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more non-procs than procs from 30-50.

And no that isn't from bias, it's called it really was more non procs.
