    Have you reported this as a bug? I've not seen this myself yet but it's certainly worth posting it on the bug reporting forum to make them aware of it if they aren't already.

    Well thing is, I'm not entirely sure if it's a bug or not. The truth is that if you wait a slight second with the Contagion, it will register properly. However, if you press the Contagion immediately after, this "bug" will happen, however it's not because the DoTs aren't up. As you can see in Sunakos video, and even slow it down to x .25, you can see that the DoTs are clearly present on the mob before Contagion even goes on CD. I'll report it and see what happens though.
