You forgot doubles. You forgot healing during the orbs. (people always hit others with them) You say ''any aoe'' but the aoes in this fight are rather a big deal.

Also: Eat meteors in the face. Collect orbs of alternating colors. Collect two, maybe three, of the same if necessary. Pull sprites during orb phases to the edge and face them away from the arena as quickly as you can so DPS aren't getting slowed.
Tanks dont actually do anything against tripple shock. The healer takes care of it. Use all cds before black hole is something that everyone does, not just tanks. Eat meteors is something that anyone can do. Tanks and healers are prefered since their dps sucks and they wont be as useful killing the rift.
Collecting orbs is something everyone does, not just the tanks. Adds need to be killed rather then tanks, so thats not something the tanks particular need to worry about.

You sound pretty biased. As I explained everything the tanks have to do (literally everything) is something the rest of the group has to do as well.

It's cool that you think your main class is the hardest, though. Even though most healers DPS during fights because otherwise healer is faceroll easy and boring.[/QUOTE]
I'm not a rpg player main. Im a strategy game main. I dont think of ''my class first'' I think of everyones role. Ironically, you seem to be speaking from a maintank position.

(FYI I've always tanked and healed a lot in mmos)

Most healers will dps during that fight if they are overgeared. Or lazy. Apparently from your healer pov you think its the tanks job to deal with tripples.

Keep in mind this is from the pov from someone that did it in an ''geared for the encounter'' group, with all new people. Not ''lol my i130 healer alt I uze soemtimes''

What point 3? Ah I see. Trying to find little bits here and there you can twist in your favor.

Let me ask you then, and put you to silence:
When was the last time you did Chrysalis? I did it recently, and I was the only experienced player there. If I hadnt been a healer it would have been tough. And tbh altho I believe I said it was mostly due to me; that's not quite true either. We only killed the rift with ease because a ninja friend was also there.

Yet it wasnt my skilled friend that explained, I did. Im sure he wouldnt have. In fact from experience I know that players who take the time to explain things are quite rare. So its a bad argument to say ''oh just say its your first time''.

I ignored your argument because I thought it was kind of obvious just how bad of an argument it was.
Just look at your own post. Is that a good example of ''The vast majority of people are understanding and will talk you through.''?
Because you dont sound very understanding..
