i can see it being used as filler, but with +3 seconds on demolish seemingly solving a lot of demolish rotation problems where it drops off, is it going to have much of a use?

though if its affected by haste and skillspeed, it'd scale quite well i think. like if your regular gcd was 2.0 with GL3 and skill speed, and meditation was 1.0s GCD (so basically -0.5s on both), you could fit in 2 chakras for every GCD, or effectively a flexible filler that does 64 potency (320/5=64) on a 1s GCD to smooth out your rotation. if you use 2 chakras, it's the equivalent of doing a 128 potency gcd attack; it's lower than average, but if can smooth out your rotation and dot rotations, it can lead to a dps increase probably?
