ripIts 10% http://i.imgur.com/rbohVlD.jpg. It is also the higher potency combo out of their rotation, so it will be used with or without a monk.
maybe that just means it'll be like, dragon kick > this, or it doesnt put up the effect if it's up, otherwise fuck no i'm not taking a drk
I have a hard time believing it doesn't consume stacks based on the 5s cooldown on Forbidden Chakra. I do wonder if the stacks are static until when you use Forbidden Chakra or Purify and then they have a countdown before it's gone (like 10 seconds or something...)? Wild speculation that I don't expect to be true.
Yeah, that's my point with the Edit.. but.. forbidden might kind of be useless then, which then begs the question of like, what's the point of it, lol. I could see Purify not costing anything sinnce, i mean, it haas a 180 s recast, its not like that really bothers you, but forbidden.. something has to be going on there.I have a hard time believing it doesn't consume stacks based on the 5s cooldown on Forbidden Chakra. Yeah, something in this isn't adding up. The lodestone is down right now so I imagine the patch notes will be up when it's back online. Maybe we'll get some extra details then. I imagine we have the two week gap before Alexander so SE can monitor feedback on the new abilities and adjust them in time for that. They don't have a track record for being that fast with adjustments so maybe that's wishful thinking for any class that does truly end up being behind.

After thinking a little about chakra, i come to a sudden conclusion, 4 stacks of chakra will take 6 seconds to generate, just enough that we can keep greased lightning with enough skill speed, but 5 stacks we wont be able to, so essentially any downtime that forces you to lose greased lightning, you will undoubtedly have 5 stacks of chakra waiting.
Id say that dragon kick most likely overwrites delyrium blade but not the other way around, since stronger debuffs dont get negated by weaker ones.
yeah fuck all the dark knights, also can we get mch to be blunt damage?![]()

Negative, the parry skill you're referring to is a 30% proc chance on a parry, 10% damage given reduction on target for 20s, 60s recast, which is very good but different.
The skill we're talking about is Delirium Blade, which is a 3 hit combo that inflicts 10% INT down only, 20s duration. Will most definitely be overwritten by DK and probably not the other way around, but much like with NIN + WAR, only WAR's gonna put up Eye unless there's a reason for NIN to, so I wouldn't worry about it (DRK has better uses of its time than an INT debuff that wouldn't work on the target anyway, no skin off DRK's back!).
If it is their higher combo potency, they're going to use it as a DPS skill, but I would imagine it wouldnt overwrite it since technically DK is blunt AND int -10%... we'll see, i guess. Seems pointless if it ov erwrites though.Negative, the parry skill you're referring to is a 30% proc chance on a parry, 10% damage given reduction on target for 20s, 60s recast, which is very good but different.
