It's not always about the amount of time that a person puts in this game. Some people will never get as good as others. This is going to sound obvious but I feel a lot of people ITT are forgetting that half of the player base is less skilled than the average player. The true average is probably lower than what raiders consider average in terms of skill. We should keep that in mind when discussing content that needs to be cleared in order to access all the areas of the game. Crafters, gatherers, roleplayers and vanity collectors are all welcome in an MMO, right? They have to be able to access the new areas just like everyone else, even if they are not very interested in battle content. I think SoF nerfs will help with this. Coil nerfs were not as necessary imo, but people who like the challenge can turn off echo and/or do savage mode. It's nice that more people will get to see the story.
