Thank you, as I said I'm already doing that and have been. In fact I will probably continue to do so for the next few years even. I'm just stating my opinion on how it would be nice to have an eastern themed healer or tank and that if you really love a job its role shouldn't stop you from trying to play it.

However this was brought up because people say they can't play sword jobs because they are tanks and wont even touch them. SAM could be a dps and I would still play it, but I wonder how much of those who really love this job would play it if it did end up being a tank? There's this huge stigma against any classic iconic job becoming a tank in this game and that's kind of unfair.

My original post wasn't meant to be venomous towards dps players so I edited it. I apologize and understand if it came across that way. I would just love to see more players inspired to try the different roles the game has to offer.
