Expelled, I'd say, rather than extradited ("the official process whereby one country transfers a suspected or convicted criminal to another country").

I don't think we know yet if this was an action on the part of Limsa and Gridania or whether the Crystal Braves have been consolidated in Uldah (plus a few in Revenant's Toll). At least the First and Third are effectively part of the Syndicate's own army, along with the Brass Blades.
