Works fine. going by stat weights, it's ~966 with the food. Most endgame sets leave you at 958 and with black truffle (which is more affordable) would place you around 966 as well. Odowla's old set was ~972, and mine was 975 with food (442ss), until i converted my pentamelded gloves by mistake--again, going purely by punching numbers into a calc.
Going on your set, of course, you can do slightly 'better' if you want. Take Lenalee Rouge for example. http://imgur.com/XbjyDeL
Apologies to Lenalee if he ends up seeing this posted without his consent.
I personally like these sort of sets for the extra accuracy and simplicity (t11-frontals & future coil). It allows for hotswapping pieces for certain turns (hello, t10) for padding.
One step up from this, if you want to get as many stats as possible, the highest weighted set i've made is i118 and heavily padded through crafted pieces. Ends at about 979 going by today's stat weights, so take that entirely with a grain of salt, and i consider it a tech. demo more than anything.
It looked something like this: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/PM73 keep in mind, it is BELOW accuracy at 529, pray to the RNGODS.
My old set looked something like this: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/PRBU with ~450ss. You run out before your second invigorate unless you manage carefully, as always. Replace the head and gloves and you're at 6800 (food) in party ready to eat those tempest wings for b/l/d.
This is an entirely fictitious statement, but each stat weight after a certain point is ~1dps. 1 WD or weapon damage can be regarded as 10dps, all on dummies of course.
The rule may be somewhat applicable now, but will never work out in the future with more gear and more complication.
On ol' dummy you would be doing 590+-5 no party, no food, no pots & with the claws. Without the claws, around 565-570.
Plenty good, seriously, and you can hope to beat some of the ENCDPS of today's dreadwyrm monks through consistent and considerate play.

Going off on a tangent, how do you do 631 in T10? A few rockbreakers (possibly even more), one TP song around 30 seconds during minute 2, two goads. Crit rate 32% and above. Stack strategy with LB2.
If there is an add-phase, it's sustainable for that fight and many others. Try it during WoD with the multiple heads (the fight is usually longer&without fairy management). It does not require that much TP overhead, and is manageable with one goad rather than two, leaving your warrior a chance to pad a little too.
aaaaand sorry i talk so much. this is why i don't post much.
I just want to say that i really appreciate the work and love seeing you guys improve yourselves for your raid and for the sake of doing well on your class and role.
Keep it up, keep the loot train rolling
