Now if you got a pack adds to like 20-25% and then caster LB3'ed (in T10 I guess dropping the adds much below 50% with caster LB3 is a waste, and could be considered padding) when there were other targets that an LB couldn't kill then I'd be inclined to agree it's padding,

So essentially in that example of T10 second set of adds. Using Perfect Balance + Rockbreaker x5 on the adds even after you know they are below 50% and an LB3 will kill them, this would be considered padding? As to weather or not PB usage would help pad numbers in this situation is probably another story?
