Hey, I'm working on something similar but with more skill speed, as jp players are doing. Here is the result I achieved http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/PRC4. Maybe I did the zodiac weapon wrong, I don't know exactly how it works. Is intended to be super cheap melds but still slightly superior than yours if I'm not wrong. So I think you can achieve a better result if you want to spend that much gil.
