By using ToD after your opener DM>SP>SP>DK>TS you get to apply a ToD fully buffed. First off this will result in more damage. Secondly you get to build GL3 faster. On top of this I've shown the opener is not perfect by showing how you can achieve higher damage in the same timeframe. On top of this your ToD will do a total 398.8 potency instead of 261.25 potency. Wether you think it's worth increasing your damage or not is up to you but your reasoning for it being "Not worth it" doesn't make sense.
Nanashi was referring to the duration and how to get 5 moves under PB, no analysis of potency, etc. I think you read too much into him calling it "perfect". I would argue that your suggested rotation is less damage, since ToD is not ticking behind your building up. No math needed, one has a dot ticking, the other doesn't. And you can still clip ToD to get damage boost from B4B before it falls off, so.. Moot point.
