Or some people have an understanding of how businesses works and/or have more disposable income. People assume everything that's going to be in the cash shop would have been in game regardless but the thing is that a lot of this stuff can be sold because people are willing to pay for them.

These things would be in game if they weren't in the cash shop because that's how it's been for the entirety of this games life. Understanding business has nothing to do with this. It's not a question of why they are doing it. It's that they are ripping us off.

It's as simple as asking if you want to get something for free or do you want to pay for it. If someone is saying they would rather pay for something then to get it for free, there's no hope for that person

In my opinion nothing should be in the cash shop that cannot be obtained in game. A primal mount is hard to get but it can at least be obtained In game for no extra money. If the only way to get an item is by paying then that just wrong for your fans.
But I would rather have no cash shop at all
