People kicking new players for watching cs's.....just stupid.

I am ok with both skipping CS and watching CS. People just need to be more informative and communicative by speaking out loud at start. It is nicer if the party can talk and agree on the method they want to use in the specific dungeon.

I've been in a Praetorium party where tanks never said a thing and just rushed forward to speedrun which resulted in many deaths. At the end it seemed counter-productive because we might actually lost more time than save time, due to all the deaths/wipes and returning and running back.

As a healer in Praetorium many times, I HATE, HATE, HATE it when the tank just rushed ahead and leaving 2 or 3 new players who watched CS behind, locking them out in many boss fights. Solo healing at bosses isn't impossible, but it is mentally brutal and extremely labour-intensive, especially when 2 other DPS are also locked out with the 2nd healer!

If everyone discuss and agree on whether we want speedrun or want to wait for people who watch CS, some members can just leave and find other Duty if the party agree on the method they really cannot accept. This would save more time and cause no hard feelings to anyone.
